Stay Tuned for more live Grateful Dead shows to play on your back porch in July. Last week's featured show on Shakedown Stream™ of the July 5th, 1978 show from Omaha, Nebraska was quite perfect. It was the first time I ever listened to the show and the Looks Like Rain is my new favorite version. I am so glad that it was finally made available for us DeadHeads to finally listened to it in all it's glory in perfect quality resonance. You can check it out for yourself CLICK HERE
Shakedown Stream is a weekly Grateful Dead radio/podcast show hosted by Jer Bear. It is 4 to 5 hours in length. The first hour is a mix of old, rare, new, favorite and interesting songs of the Grateful Dead. Then Jer Bear plays a show - in its' entirety - selected from their 30 years run from 1965-1995. Afterwards, some more chestnuts may be played to help listeners ease on out of the Stream.
