Enjoy Every Sandwich

The theme for Shakedown Stream this month has been "Grateful Dead Sandwiches." Many Dead shows have some wild jams that go into one song into another and so on ... it is fun. One month hardly reflects all the many shows that exemplify this phenomenon. I recently found this book that relates to our Shakedown scene and life.  " ... people’s levels of gratitude, since prior research has found that gratitude can have lasting effects on our health and happiness." Grateful Archive in Santa Cruz

It was nearly four years ago—April 24, 2008, to be precise—that the Grateful Dead announced at a press conference at the Fillmore in SF that the group was donating its archives and assorted memorabilia to the University of California at Santa Cruz and would reside in that sylvan campus’ McHenry Library.

There are so many Grateful Dead shows to chose from that represent a juicy Dead Sandwich. I have tried to select shows that are not typical and/or predictable. Some people like Miracle Whip while others only use Helmann's, however, neither shall the two ever be mixed.
